Welcome to Cincinnati MD Stats, a web-based tool that allows our member hospitals and practices of Cincinnati MD Resource Center to view statistics on practicing physicians in the Greater Cincinnati area (14 counties). Quality Assurance

Both practicing physicians and physicians in education will be included in all reports within Cincinnati MD Stats.

• Approximately 85.70 %  of the physicians in Cincinnati MD Stats are practicing in direct patient care.
• Approximately 14.30 % of the physicians on Cincinnati MD Stats are in education and have academic duties. In general, physicians in education range from .1 FTE to .9 FTE in direct patient care.

Security

Clients are responsible for the security of login and password and must inform Cincinnati MD Resource Center if security is compromised.

Proprietary Protection and Restrictions

The Health Improvement Collaborative maintains sole and exclusive ownership of all right, title, and interest in and to Cincinnati MD Stats, including, without limitation, the physician information, and all modifications and enhancements thereof (including ownership of all trade secrets and copyrights pertaining thereto). This Agreement does not provide the client with title or ownership of Cincinnati MD Stats or the physician information, rather right of limited use.

As a user of Cincinnati MD Stats, the client agrees to use the data solely for internal statistical reporting and analysis; appropriate acknowledgment of Cincinnati MD Resource Center should be made concerning the data. User may not rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, sublicense or use the data for solicitation purposes.

The client may not use, copy, modify, or distribute Cincinnati MD Stats or the physician information, or any portion of Cincinnati MD Stats or physician information, except as expressly authorized in this Agreement. The client shall not remove, alter or obscure any copyright notice or other proprietary notices embedded in Cincinnati MD Stats. This Agreement and the client’s rights under this Agreement may not be transferred, leased, assigned, or sublicensed except as expressly authorized by The Health Improvement Collaborative.

If the client accesses, uses, or copies, or if the client transfers possession of any copy, adaptation, or transcription of Cincinnati MD Stats to any other party in any way not expressly authorized by the Health Improvement Collaborative, the client’s access and use of Cincinnati MD Stats may be automatically terminated and the client may be liable for damages.
